Our lovely brand new bright, modern, house sleeps up to 4 guests. It's situated centrally in Vancouver, close to SkyTrain and just 3 blocks from trendy Main Street which has tons of great eateries and shops, and to the west a Community Centre!
It's a 600 ft2 retreat in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for professional adults and families alike. The open concept living/dining room has high ceilings, a Smart TV, free Wifi, Netflix, and an expandable dining table with banquet seating.
Inside you will find a bright, open space home with lots of natural lighting and cozy seating spaces for your comfort. In-floor radiant heating keeps your toes warm and our on-demand hot water system means no waiting for showers and baths. You will rest comfortably on your hotel quality mattress in the bedrooms or on the custom made sofa-bed in the living room. The second bedroom can be accessed from the hall or from the Master Bedroom through a pocket door which can be locked depending on privacy needs. Free Wifi, a Smart TV and Netflix will keep you entertained during your stay.
Cooking is made easy with all the appliances you will need; a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, spacious fridge with freezer and a built in dishwasher for clean-up. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area with banquet seating and an expandable dining table or outdoors on the private patio outside the master bedroom.
For longer stays, a washer and dryer are conveniently available in the house, as well as an iron, ironing board and a drying rack for clothes too delicate for the dryer.

About Me
I moved to Vancouver to attend university and after graduating made it my permanent home. My family and I enjoy the outdoors and sampling the delicious food in the neighbourhood cafes and restaurants. We often spend time on Saltspring Island just of southern Vancouver Island at our cottage. I have spent my career in the diverse field of education and presently work as a Provincial Resource Teacher at BC Children's Hospital in a Provincial Resource Program for children/youth recovering from acquirred brain injuries and other surgeries to enhance mobility. Our neighbourhood is friendly with parks and large community centre and great shopping two blocks away on Main Street. There is a busy Saturday Farmers' Market each week just down the street in the large park. You'll find everything from local produce to wines there. I hope those who stay in our laneway home will enjoy visitng our neighbourhood and city as much as I enjoy living here.
