Fabulous waterfront apartment

You cant put a price on this position. The space is very rare as it is absolute waterfront in gorgeous Battery Point, right at the finish line of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. Sun drenched with sweeping water views from every room. Guests usually have sole use of this very spacious apartment as the host is often elsewhere.

It is in a small discreet block at the end of Salamanca Place, within walking distance to everywhere you want to go. Watch the sunrise or yacht races in this elegant apartment where you will enjoy a large guest bedroom with desk and a large ensuite bathroom, use of kitchen, dining room, lounge, patio all with sweeping water views. No stairs. Undercover parking. Heating.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has complimentary fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk, condiments, teas and coffee. The apartment has WIFI connected to the NBN.

At all times guests will have access to the kitchen, dinning room, laundry, balcony. If the owner or her friends are in residence in the second bedroom use of the lounge room is negotiable. On rare occasions friends may be in residence for a night. The guests still have use of the spacious dining room and have a TV in their bedroom.

There is a small waterside park immediately in front of the building, which is just like the front garden really. Behind the apartment building is the beautiful Princess Park, perfect for picnics. Salamanca Place is a stone's throw away. The cafe society is 5 mins walk away. It is a about a 30 min walk to the main campus and there is also a nearby bus. 10 minutes walk to the Music Faculty, 20 minutes walk to the Medical Faculty and 20 minutes to the Fine Arts Faculty.

Battery Point and Salamanca are the jewels of Hobart. There are lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes, and excellent places to shop for provisions, as well as superb waterfront and lovely old colonial buildings to walk to. Whats not to love!
