You are a "good fit" if you are a quiet, mature, conscientious, visiting scholar / faculty / staff. Very "bike-able" location, and yes, I have a bike for you to ride! Your room is private, and we share everything else. House has golden hardwood floors, colorful rugs, 8 ½ ft ceilings throughout, and is 905 sq ft on a 3500 sq ft lot. Lovely back yard, very convenient public & bike & car transportation, off-street parking, internet access, washer/dryer on premises. Your room: • 11 x 11, with private door out to small deck and shared backyard. • smallish closet ( 3 x 3 ½ ) but, full height ceilings + under bed storage = PLENTY of storage! • Room is cozy (does not feel cramped) with queen bed, desk, file cabinet/bookshelf, and rocking chair in the room. • Keep the door open to the backyard for an expansive feeling -- the green, flowering, relaxing, back yard feels like it’s part of your room. • Room / deck face West and are shaded by large avocado tree -- easily the most consistently temperatured room in the house.
