Spacious apartment in Berlin to share! 1,5 of the four rooms can be sublet. The apartment is suitable for co-living and co-working. The rooms are bright and freshly painted. The large oriel room is 28 sqm (your room), and the smaller room next to it has 20 sqm (shared dining room). Co-Working in the studyspace is possible. Your room can be handed over empty or partially furnished. The apartment is located close to the city center and can be easily reached by public transport. The fastest way to get through Berlin is by bicycle. The apartment is close to various universities and libraries. A green square is directly in front of the house, and your large windows look out there. Two minutes on foot is a small lake with cafés and restaurants. Moreover, in half an hour by bus, you are at the river Havel and in the forest. With the S-Bahn in the other direction, you are at the Central Station in 15 minutes and at Alexanderplatz in half an hour. The Technische Universität Berlin and the Universität der Künste are only 10 minutes away by bike and about 15 minutes by public transport. My partner and I travel a lot and would like to share the apartment with you.
