Description
We are hoping to rent to families - but will consider renting to several individuals (150/wk or 450/month per person). Our house is a modernized 'echoppe' - the tradition Bordeaux type near the center of Bordeaux. 5 minutes from the tram, 20 minute walk to the university. Very kid friendly. We have 3 decent sized bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large living-dining room, largish kitchen, and a mezzanine. We have a dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer... There is a small shared yard and garden - big enough for playing with a basketball ( we have a basket), having barbecues and eating at the picnic table outside. Our location is perfect for getting downtown, to the river, to kindergarten, elementary school, or high school and to most parts of the university of Bordeaux by walking, bike or tram. (We also have bakeries, vegetable market, butcher, flowers and wine in the 'place' 200 m from here)!
