The house is huge, shiningly beautiful and newly renovated. 1200 sq feet (first floor) on three levels plus back yard with a porch and deck. Space for parking also available for a fee. Zone is a beautiful 25-minute walk from Harvard campus, 7-minute walk from Alewife, 10 from Porter and Davis. The house is in a residential zone. On the first floor shared dining room, living room and kitchen (plus a half bathroom and washing machines closet) making up one continuous space.
