Room for Part Time sublet in charming Brooklyn apartment (1/15-5/31)

I am looking for someone who wants a Part Time sublet in a bright, beautiful room in a charming 3 bd. Fort Greene, Brooklyn apartment. The room is available Friday through Tuesday weekly, for the coming semester (and potentially longer, if it turns out to be a good fit!). This is a part time sublet in a shared apartment at a very affordable price. Perfect for someone who teaches outside the city/state during the week and wants to spend long weekends in the city.
I am a writer and adjunct professor who splits my time between Brooklyn and upstate NY. I teach in the city Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I would live in the room Tuesday afternoon through Friday morning, then the room would be yours from Friday morning through Tuesday afternoon (or any amount of time within that window that you need it).
The room is fully furnished, as is the apartment. You can keep whatever you need here. It would be just as much your space as it is mine. This is a great opportunity to live the split-time life at a very affordable price.
Everything included, you pay $650/month to live in the room Friday mornings-Tuesday afternoons. I would arrive sometime between noon and 2pm on Tuesdays.

The room is big, bright, and comes with a very comfy queen bed, desk, dresser, and good-sized closet. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and a cozy living room with nice natural light, lots of plants, and tv equipped for all your streaming needs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a cute breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms and amazingly, none of them share a wall, so you will have more privacy than the average New Yorker. There is one full shared bathroom. You will share the apartment with two fantastic, responsible adult roommates. We all get along really well and enjoy keeping the apartment an oasis from city life. The roommates work a lot and travel occasionally, so sometimes you will have the place to yourself. In terms of accessibility, the apartment is on the ground floor and the building has a ramp, but there are three steps in the foyer.

The neighborhood: We are one and a half blocks to beautiful Fort Greene Park. Steps away from tons of bars, cafés, restaurants, stores, farmers markets, etc. Six blocks to the G and 7 blocks to A/C. Just a bit further to B/Q/R, 2/3, 4/5, and Atlantic Terminal. Many buses just blocks away. 20 minutes to Manhattan. Walking distance to Pratt, LIU, BAM, and more. If you have a car, street parking is fairly easy. You're also welcome to use my bike when you are here with Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and BK Botanical Gardens just a 15 minute bike ride away.

Roommates: professional artists and educators in our mid-late 30s. Of the roommates you’d be living with, one is a queer, non-binary person of color and the other is a white queer woman. We love living with other adults who pick up after themselves and like keeping a clean, cozy, comfy home. We have the very occasional dinner party or friend gathering, but otherwise keep a low-key home. Everyone has really different schedules so we are respectful of noise and space accordingly.

You: responsible, clean, communicative, kind, anti-racist, queer or LGBTQ-friendly. No couples. We will consider a small to medium, well-behaved dog.

I have a small dog, but she comes with me wherever I go. Which means, you won’t be living with her, but if you’re really allergic to dogs, this might not be a good fit for you.

Again, please understand this is a part-time sublet in a shared apartment, perfect for someone who needs to regularly split their time between NYC and elsewhere.
