Bright, large, luxurious flat while on sabbatical

I'm renting out a large bedroom in a beautiful newly renovated flat in North London while away. I will be away for a trip abroad and look for somebody to stay in the flat, potentially for longer. You would mostly have the flat to yourself, but I might be back for a couple of days during your stay.

The flat is in between Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath. You couldn't have more green around: both parks is within three minutes walking distance. Central London (Euston / King's Cross) is within 15 minutes by bike.

The flat has a large and airy living area, two bathrooms, a study and a new kitchen. The flat is fully furnished. I'm looking for somebody who would take good care of the place and water the plants. Parties and pets won't be permitted. I will be happy to discuss details, including the precise length.
