1 room on first floor for rent in our 3 floors house.
The room has a single bed, desk for working one also has a proper wardrobe, natural light and very calm.

Very well located, Camden Square, London, all amenities, bathroom same floor to share, Internet, collective use of kitchen and living room, tv, parking and garden included.

We are looking for serious, non-smoker people to share the house with us. We are a family of two, our daughter 21 and myself 57 Years old, from time to time friends coming too, no pet.

Price is £800 Monthly, everything included (high speed wifi, electricity, gas, water, heating and washing machines). Quiet, safe and relaxing place facing Camden square, 5mn from the canal and 15mn from Regent's park and Hampstead Heath park.

About Me
We are living in London since last Sept. 2013. I am back and forth between both cites for working purposes. In our house in Saint-Ouen need to keep one room and office to be able to touch base once every months more or less. Tenants will always be informed at least one week before of our arrival (unless something major happens).

My 14 year-old daughter and I stayed with Cécile & Co. for four month - most of them during lockdown - so everyone spent a lot more time at home than normal. In itself an ordeal, but we managed to have a very good time. Cécile was extremely helpful and immediately understood our adventure. Traveling and living with a teenager is special, however, Cécile - and the rest of the household - had a very kind and containing attitude towards my daughter and it put us both at ease. Apart from being situated in a beautiful part of Camden overlooking a park, it's also a house full of interesting people with a very international horisont. I spent eight months living in Cecile's home in Saint-Ouen and it was absolutely perfect. My roommate and I both had contracts working outside of Paris in La Courneuve and in Saint-Denis. The home in Saint-Ouen had everything we needed and we lived very comfortably for those eight months.

Cecile and Seamus were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. During the eight months they both came to the house individually about 4 times. Each time they were very kind and warm. Because all of us were working we only saw each other for a few minutes each day, but it was always very pleasant and we lived comfortably together when they were here. Seamus and Cecile also made sure to give us advance notice on when they would be coming to the house.

Aside from the visits, my housemate and I were able to enjoy the large home, beautiful garden, and great neighborhood which was also home to Les Puces, one of the largest flea markets in the world ! At first we were apprehensive because we were looking for a place to rent within one of the twenty arrondissements of Paris, but Saint-Ouen proved to be an ideal location connected to both la ligne 4 et la 13.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience living in this home, communicating with Cecile and Seamus, and living in Saint-Ouen. I highly recommend this home and any rental of Cecile's.

I have planned a three months stay in London, and Cecile's place was the best place I could have hoped for and more. From the beginning, all the family was really nice and friendly, it was almost as being at home!!! They are very, very kind and helped me whenever I need. The house is conveniently located for reaching UCL, British Library... and very close to Camden too! One could hardly do better and I recommend it most highly. I felt immediately at home in Cécile’s and Seamus’ house on Camden Square. They’re a very easy-going family and great hosts. I stayed in Cécile's beautiful and comfortable house on Camden Square for two months. I loved the fabulous views into the trees and ejoyed the down-to-earth kindness of Cécile and her family - it was very easy to feel at home with them. The surroundings are beautiful, many gardens and quiet roads. However, shops and a pub are also nearby. The room is bright and well equipted and has a nice view into a quiet green backyard. Also, the location in central London is very conventient: 10 minutes with the bike to the British Library, 15 minutes to UCL, SOAS, etc. And if you long for a swim in one of the ponds it's not more than 20 minutes up to Hampstead Heath.
