Appartment in Victorian house in conservation area SE4

Spacious top floor of house in the conservation area of Brockley, zone 2, with excellent transport links including Oyster system and London overground. The appartment consists of: large lounge, large bedroom, ensuite modern shower room. In addition to these private rooms, there is a house kitchen which is shared with the owner/occupier (myself) - I am often away. There is access from the kitchen to a balcony with table, chairs, herb garden overlooking the main garden. Access to the main garden is either down a set of stairs from this balcony or through an additional secure side entrance to the house. The house has gas central heating and wifi. The top floor is well-provided with cupboards and shelving. Can be let furnished or unfurnished. The large garden has a summer house, vegetable plots and BBQ area. There is free on-street parking. Brockley is a quiet but popular village with many good eating places, elegant cocktail bars, deli and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. Brockley Station with excellent connections into central London is 1/3 mile from the house. Walking distance from Goldsmiths University and a 20 minute walk from Greenwich.
