We are located in the absolute best creative neighborhood of LA. The neighborhood is safe, diverse, eclectic, artistic, cool, with a bohemian flare. The apartment is situated in the Silver Lake Hills above Sunset Blvd and a five minute walk from Sunset Junction’s hip strip of boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars. The view is phenomenal! You can see the Observatory, Hollywood sign, and incredible sunsets daily. It feels like a little oasis up here on the hill. This 3 bedroom+2bath space is eclectically furnished with vintage and modern pieces throughout, and walls are splashed with great art I’ve collected over the years. The open kitchen, dining room and living room all share an open floor plan. The best part of the space is the incredible panoramic view of Hollywood facing west from the large deck where we get amazing sunsets daily, and you can enjoy the beauty and peace. The front bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen size bed, large closet, drawers, seating, and bookcase. You’ll have the same great view from your bedroom window as the deck. There is a full sized bathroom with tub and shower to share. The back bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and is comfortably furnished with a queen size bed, closets, drawers, desk, seating and bookcase. The large window faces green beautiful giant banana leaves. There are washers and dryers in the building. This is a very relaxed household and we are looking to welcome a like-minded guest. We love good vibes and a lovely clean environment. We are centrally located to many of LA’s attractions and a short drive to major freeways and 5 minute walk to major public transportation on Sunset Blvd. The parking situation is unrestricted street parking in a private little street. There are a few house rules: -smoking allowed only outdoors on the deck -be respectful of the space and one another, and we love to keep it clean! -appreciation for cats....two grey lovely cats live here: Billy and Baby who are both friendly and beautiful and very chill. The front bedroom with a view is $1800/month with a shared bathroom and includes all utilities, wifi, cable tv, basic toiletries and house essentials.
