Elegant Stone Hacienda in the Wild West: Greenhouse and Desert Walks

Five suites in all 8700 sq. ft of living. Book entire home or by individual suites. Currently 4 available. All large with full bathrooms, ceiling fans, and gas fireplaces. Three levels of living with central patios on all levels to enjoy the sunshine and blue skies. A dry climate like that of Provence yet at 7500 feet above sea level in the Sierra Gorda, with cool nights and warm days.
I am in a small town in Central Mexico just outside popular tourist attraction San Miguel de Allende and 45 minutes from Mexicos' largest growing city Queretaro. Hospitals, banks, shopping all within an hours drive from Mineral de Pozos.
My residence has purified water throughout. A large beautiful commercial kitchen to share. Fully equipped for cooking and baking. Stainless island, 3 sinks, ice cream machine, vitamix,etc...in between whatever you do, enjoy the kitchen.
There are several tables with umbrellas throughout the large outdoor space which includes my greenhouse built it what was my lap pool. I grow sprouts and veggies all year-round and all tenants have access to enjoy the green living.
The home is located on the plaza and thus has easy walking access to all dining and shopping. Pozos offers a 30km mountain biking trail through the town ruins and mountainous terrain. Horseback riding is available as well. Hire a guide and ride off into the sunset.
Experience the wild west of one of the last authentic Mexican pueblas. Four vintage churches dating back 400 years, cobblestone streets, rolling hills and colonial homes are all part of the magic. With little distraction from too much tourism, Pozos is a fantastic place to think, write, create, and re-charge. I own the property. I take care of it and live here as caretaker. It can rented as all four suites for one tenant or each suite separately making for a small, high-end shared living environment. Currently 2 suites are occupied for 6 months by retired professionals. Please inquire if you love sunshine, fresh air and a lovely space to do what you do.

About Me
I own a beautiful stone residence in a quaint and quiet town in Central Mexico. Within 45 minutes to popular colonial town San Miguel de Allende and bustling metro Queretaro. I originally moved here 9 years ago to experience living in a foreign country with my four children. They have since flown the coop leaving me with a five suite paradise in the wild west. I have travelled frequently to the Caribbean and Europe but Mexico is my new and permanent home. I built my own greenhouse and spend my days in the garden growing sprouts and veggies. Sustainability and simplicity drive my quiet life. As a retired fashion designer though, creativity is my force. My home is lively and livable. Creating inviting spaces is my passion.
