Furnished Bedroom and Private Bath in 5th Avenue Coop

This is New York City living at its best -- a spacious, fully furnished 3 BR 2 BA apartment with Central Park views on Fifth Avenue at 108th Street and LOTS of perks. The location -- the top of Museum Mile -- is ideal (walk to Columbia, 15 minutes to NYU area), across the street from Central Park (jogging paths, skating rink, Conservatory Gardens), and convenient to subways and buses. Your bedroom features a full-size bed, dresser, closet and workspace that looks out on Central Park.Rent includes all utilities (heat, HW, AC, electricity), FIOS WiFi, plus a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, linens and housekeeping service every other week. Owner travels frequently; you will have the apartment to yourself or be able to invite friends and family to visit and stay in the third bedroom.

This is a great opportunity at a reasonable price. The owner is a writer who works at home, thus she is seeking a roommate who has daytime employment in location outside the apartment.

Experience all New York City has to offer -- and live on Fifth Avenue!

About Me
I am a longtime writer and editor with affiliations with NYU and Columbia (degrees from both) -- and ties to CUNY and Hunter. I am currently finishing a novel and do not plan to be around much this summer. My apartment is spacious and ideally located. My sister, who lives down the street, is an adjunct at Cooper Union.

I stayed with Mary for 10 months when I was in graduate school at Columbia. The apartment and spacious, comfortable, and affords a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and Mary was kind enough to include me when she cooked her meals. Having Central Park across the street was amazing and it was so close to the 2, 3, and 6 subway lines. This was a great deal for the price that includes everything - utilities, sheets, towels, WiFi, TV, and use of the common spaces. Excellent Todd Walker 1/27/2018 2:27:00 PM
