Beautiful College Hill House 5 Minutes Walk to Brown and RISD
We are are Brown/RISD faculty family, and have a large house with 4 bedrooms, two working studios/offices and a garden, but for the next academic year only one person will be here - the RISD faculty member! So we are looking for up to 2 people to share the house - the entire third floor, which has 2 bedrooms, its own bathroom and office space, will be empty. The living room and kitchen would be shared use, and kitchen opens onto the gorgeous garden. We are walking distance to Brown street and Congdon street parks, the Brown gym, Whole Foods, downtown, and of course the Brown and RISD campus are just 5-10 minutes walk as well. As we are on top of the hill, we also get fantastic sunsets!
