Street: We have a tight-knit community whose good deeds include: package pickup, snow-blowing, home-baked cookies and happy hour hosting.
Outside: We have a small yard, a trampoline, a rope swing, a hammock, potters table, a rock-water feature, three patio spaces, a pergola, a little free library, lots of outdoor furniture and a two car garage, plus street parking.
Neighborhood: sushi, mexican, burgers, and so many more restaurants......a lot of coffee shops, cannabis, bars, retail, yoga, gas, library, park, gym, public pool, veterinarian, lightrail, seasonal farmers market, and MUCH MORE....all 5-10 minute walk.
