Big front patio; living room with a high-end projector and windows on three sides overlooking grassy front yard. Driveway parking included. Single person, couple, or small family; no pets. Our rent is $3900/month, but offering it for less in exchange for taking care of our quiet, shy cat (we may also be able to make other arrangements for our kitty and adjust cost accordingly).
