Spacious, large central 2 bed apt-commute by train from sea side to central London in 50 mins

Central, light, spacious, fully furnished - two bedrooms (third is my study and unavailable), lovely apartment, fully furnished, opposite beautiful city park.

The 1930s block is opposite a beautiful city park, in the lively sea side city of Brighton, on the South East coast of England- commuting distance (50 minutes) by train to central London.

On a quiet tree lined avenue, beside the popular St Ann's Well Gardens (public park), at the Brighton and Hove boundary, the area is quiet and 10min. walk to Seven Dials shopping with restaurants, cafes and a post office. This is at the heart of the city and walking distance (also easy public transport) to all the necessary and leisure activities:

15 min. walk to the sea, main shops on Western Rd (the high st) and two main railway stations (trains every 30 minutes to central London), as well as quick access to motorways to London , S.E. and S.W. of England. The city buses go from 5 minutes walk away.

20mins walk to Grand Parade site of the University of Brighton, 20mins bus to the other city UoB sites. University of Sussex (and UoB Falmer) are 10 mins by train from mainline station.

Apartment has all mod cons (and wifi), 2x double bedrooms- 2x double beds. There is a comfortable lounge with a dining table, dresser and large & sofa sitting area.

The apartment block has some historical significance (w. English Heritage 'blue plaque') where 'Bosie' /Sir Alfred Lord Douglas resided in his last years.

Brighton is a very attractive and cosmopolitan city with the advantage of its small scale city centre and lovely sea side attractions as well as an annual international Art festival in May.

I am an arts academic and practitioner, living and working in the beautiful sea side city of Brighton on the South East coast of England- commuting distance (50 minutes) by train to central London. When I am in Brighton during term time, I live in my spacious and light 3 bedroom apartment in a 1930s block, facing the loveliest small city park/gardens in central Brighton/Hove boundary.
