Light, spacious, furnished lovely apartment, faces the beautiful city park, St Ann's Well Gardens. 2nd floor apartment has essential mod cons: wash machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, hot water on tap.
2 bedrooms available for use in this 3 bedroom apartment (3rd bedroom my study/ now storage).
The rooms have double beds, table etc.. Comfortable lounge/dining room has dining table, large sofa and arm chairs etc.. ( Bedding can be provided).

The apartment is on a quiet tree lined avenue, beside the popular St Ann's Well Gardens (public park), at the Brighton and Hove boundary. It is walking distance (also easy public transport) to all the city centre facilities and leisure activities: 10min. walk to Seven Dials shopping with restaurants, cafes and a post office; 15 mins. walk to the sea, main shops on Western Rd (the high st), Brighton and/or Hove main railway stations; quick driving access to motorways to London , S.E. and S.W. of England. The city buses go from 5 minutes walk away.

The building has a blue plaque for its historic significance: 'Bosie' aka Sir Alfred Douglas lived here toward the end of his life.

The city of Brighton and Hove, on the South East coast of England- commuting distance (50mins) by train to central London, every 30mins. This is a very attractive and cosmopolitan city with the advantage of its small scale city centre and lovely sea side attractions, as well as an annual international Art festival in May.
