The landlords are friendly and amazing; they will help you with anything you need and will do it promptly. Perfect location with a 5min walk to a bus stop, 10min walk to two different train stations, and 15min walk to the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere (Chadstone). Having all utilities, internet, and TV included make it so you walk in and it is immediately home. We hated to leave because we knew how spoiled we were with this home."

The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. Therefore, you can arrive just with your personal stuff in a suitcase, move in and live there. Even the linen and towels were supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. There is heating in every room and an effective air conditioner. The bath has a tub and a shower! The apartment is in the back of the house of the landlords. It is pretty quiet there. The location is excellent. It is clsoe to Monash, Synchrotron and CSIRO, all can be reached by bus. The Melbourne downtown is reached by train in less than 30 min. Shopping and dining oppurtunities are with in walking distance 10-15 min. John and Kerry are extremely nice people and helpful if you ask them, but they are also not intrusive at all. It is a perfect apartment for one or a couple! I enjoyed my stay here very much and found this place perfect for my sabbatical stay of sixth month!

We have/had a wonderful stay in John's and Kerry's apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need when coming to a new country. John and Kerry are very helpful in any regard and care a lot about their visitors.

If you are planning to stay in Melbourne for a while, this is the right place to stay!
