Summer, Early Fall 2023. (Dates are flexible, but a minimal stay is requested.) Wow, what a deal. This house, in its great location, with a lovely backyard, is easily worth a $1,500+ more each month over what I'm asking! It's a very comfortable, large house less than 2 miles to the center of the University of Maryland CP Campus. And less than a mile from a Metro stop (or an 1/8th of a mile to a bus stop that takes you to the Metro) that will take you to the center of DC in less than 20 minutes. House is located in an excellent, safe, quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street, so there's practically no traffic. Any comparable home would rent for $3K per month or more! Here's the catch: I have one, indoor-outdoor cats that need looking after.... Please contact me via eMail for full details.
