Our beautiful residence is 2/5s of a mile from the downtown Ithaca Commons. Extensive gardens provide color all summer. Built in 1929 by Cornell stone masons, the house sits at the trail head to Six Mile Creek Gorge. 1 mile from each Cornell and IC! House is GREAT for families with children.

This is a fabulous "city" house in Ithaca. Hardwood floors throughout, lots of space, 2 full bathrooms and lovely gardens. You can walk to downtown Ithaca in 10 minutes. You can walk to Cornell or Ithaca College in 20 minutes. Really convenient and special!

About Me
My wife Angela and I are both academics. She is a professor at Colgate and I direct the university-wide entrepreneurship program at Cornell. We live in Ithaca year round, but in the summer we live at our lake house (about 2.5 miles north of the city). Our "city" house is a wonderful property and close to both Cornell University and Ithaca College.
