2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Kenilworth near University of Warwick.

A newly renovated and well presented, fully furnished and equipped apartment, situated in old Kenilworth, close to the Abbey Fields, Finham Brook and the Abbey Ponds, old High Street and Kenilworth Castle. Just around the corner is Kenilworth's oldest pub, the Virgins and Castle, where Queen Elizabeth allegedly stayed. Across the road is a medieval church. It is a 10-minute walk through beautiful Abbey Fields past the Abbey Ponds lake to Kenilworth Castle. There are many pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is a one to two minute walk to the bus-stops of the regular bus-service to Warwick University. The trip takes less than 10 minutes. It is also very close to the cycle path to the University. Coventry University is also easily accessible by bus routes in easy walking distance. Kenilworth Station, 10 minutes walk or a 3-minute bus ride away, has reopened, making travel to Coventry, and onward connections to Birmingham, London and so on, even easier.

We had a great time in Elwood. Public transportation is close by. It is about a 5 minute walk to a pharmacy, restaurants and a grocery store. We felt safe walking the area day or night. We enjoyed touring the nearby trails on the provided bicycles. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and use of the grill. There was a portable air conditioner which we did not need to use. Ceiling fans were more than enough to keep us comfortable during February and March. Verity and Andrew are friendly and helpful. We would love to have the chance to return to this apartment.
