Well equipped 2 bedroom town house in leafy Kew, Melbourne.

My home is located in the leafy suburb of Kew. It is one of six town homes in a row, off a quiet cul de sac. It is located moments away from Willsmere Village, where you will find a grocery store, burger bar, pharmacy, news agent/ post office etc as well as 2 well known cafes called Ora and Willow. The bus stop is a 2 minutes walk from the front door and buses pass by every 10 minutes and it will take approximately 20/25 minutes to the city. There is also tram number 109 and 48 on High Street, which is 20 minute walk from the front door. High Street is the main shopping street, there is a Woolworths, banks, cafes, restaurants etc located here.

Entry to the town home complex is via an auto gate or door. You will have access to 1 covered car park. There is also unrestricted parking on the roads close by. There is also a bicycle and helmet for your use, to explore the cycling trails close by.

The town house has 2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds and 1 bathroom, fitted with a shower cubicle and bath. There is also a powder room/ laundry downstairs and a fully stocked pantry. I was a former head chef, so I hope you will enjoy cooking in my fully equipped kitchen. It also has a Gaggia coffee machine for that all important early morning cuppa :) The lounge is bright, sunny and opens out to a deck with outdoor furniture and pretty garden.

Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners. The lounge downstairs has a gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioner. There is also a smart tv and WIFI throughout.
