We have rented this apartment for three months from September to November and we can absolutely recommend this apartment.

The location is great. The apartment is close to the tube station "Notting Hill Gate" and bus stops. One is located right in front of the house. Some supermarkets, the Hyde Park as well as numerous restaurants, pubs etc. are within easy reach.

The house itself is, as often in London, old, but very well maintained and quiet. Regarding electrical and fire protection, it is newly renovated.

The apartment itself has a new bathroom and a fully equipped, nice kitchen. In general, nothing is missing in the apartment, so that everything necessary for a longer stay is available.

Last but not least, Rolf is a very friendly and courteous landlord! We felt very comfortable the whole time.
