Airy, comfortable 1-bed flat, with large balcony, in quiet cul-de-sac just 5 mins' walk from major transport hub of Victoria Station/tube.

30 Sept 2019 for 6 month lease, renewable by mutual consent.

RENT:
As shown, includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, plus optional use of landlord's wireless internet. 6 weeks' deposit. No agents' or additional charges, but tenant pays costs of inventory clerk should they require one. Inventory available in advance so tenants can check contents. The major transport hub of Victoria Mainline Station and Tube Station is 5 minute’s walk away, (Victoria, Circle & District tube lines), plus buses to just about everywhere. Pimlico Tube Station (Victoria Line) is 5 minutes' walk in the opposite direction. Easy transport access to Imperial College, UCL, SOAS, LSE, Royal College of Art, the British Library, British Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Tate Britain & Tate Modern etc. Heathrow, Gatwick & City Airports are also easily accessed from Victoria Station.

THE LOCAL AREA (15-30 minutes' away):
At a brisk walk, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the excellent Saturday Farmers’ Market on Pimlico Road, Tate Britain and the Thames can be reached in 15 minutes. Piccadilly (across St. James’s & Green Park) is about 30 minutes' walk. Yet in the quiet cul-de-sac where the flat itself is located, London traffic is almost inaudible. The flat feels like a completely different world – a wonderful retreat to relax, chill out or work from home.

I highly recommend this flat at the heart of London. I spent a few months here in the Spring of 2017 and could not have asked for a better place. The flat is conveniently located at walking distance from Victoria and Pimlico. It is situated in a very quiet street (cul-de-sac), with a bakery, shops, restaurants, and a local market just around the corner. The bedroom, sitting area, and kitchen are all situated at the back of the house and overlook the garden, so you hardly have any street noise. In addition, the many windows allow for lots of natural light, making the rooms very airy and bright. I got on with the landlady very well - Barbie is a lovely person and a good landlady - and thought it convenient that all amenities were included in the rent. I strongly recommend you to rent this flat. The flat is bright, quite, and beautiful. You have two balconies and a wonderful view on a super relaxing and nice garden. Therefore, you have the advantage of a relaxing place in the heart of London, at a walking distance from Victoria and Pimlico metro station. The location is cool, you have whatever you need in your proximity (restaurants, super markets, cafe, boulangerie). So, the flat is fantastic, in a very nice quartier and, as if this was not enough, Barbie is a very kind, polite and nice owner. You will really feel at home. Excellent stefania 2/21/2017 7:55:00 AM
