3 BR spacious house with garden and dog in London

A lovely spacious two storey and 3 bedroom house in the trendy neighborhood of Stoke Newington in North East London. Spacious living room and kitchen on the bottom floor (+exit to the large back yard) and a big bedroom (King size bed), a small bedroom with office desk (King size bed), and a children's bedroom with toys, a single bed and a cot. The house comes with the responsibility of taking care of our lovely Nana- a 15yr old crossbreed of Belgium shepherd and Collie, who is calm, friendly and likes to be taken out once or twice a day.
There's great access to different parts of London thanks to the vicinity to the Highbury and Islington Victoria Line station (12 min on bicycle; 30 minutes to Paddington); 73/476 buses to centre (2 min walk; 45 min to King's Cross). It has a great park- Clissold park, many cafes and restaurants, and close to Dalston and London Fields alternative night life areas.
Lots of parking on the street. Use of car is an option.
