Family-friendly 3 bed flat with garden

We are renting our centrally located, recently renovated garden flat for the summer while we are away. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully re-done very recently, with all new Miele appliances, including a full size dishwasher. There is also a new washing machine and, unusually for UK flats, a tumble dryer.

One bedroom has a UK King size bed (US Queen); one bedroom currently has a single bed and a crib; one bedroom is now used as a playroom but has a sofa-bed with a mattress topper. There is also a sunny garden with a seating area.

The Zone 2 location is wonderful -- an 8 minute walk to the Victoria/Piccadilly Lines (2 stops to British Library), and a short walk to Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, Stoke Newington, Highbury, and Arsenal. LSE/King's/UCL/Birkbeck are all about 30 minutes door-to-door. The street is closed to traffic so it is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly. Lots of shops/cafes/restaurants a five minute walk away.

We have lots of kid stuff as well -- toys, high chairs, cribs, etc. if needed. .
