I let my apartment when I am away. The period is normally 1-3 weeks, 4 days min, 2 guest. The apartment is with standard amenities: smart TV, internet, bathroom with shower and tub, full kitchen, washing machine, wooden floors, comfortable furniture. Centrally located: three tube stations in 3-5 min; one can walk to Westminster in 35 min. Hyde Park is 3 minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area, close to Notting Hill and South Kensington. Rented many times to academics from US, Canada, Australia and Europe.
