New for 2020. A new 'top of the range' washer-dryer has been installed as well as a new hot water system.
The rental cost includes all bills, the Building Services Charge, Council Tax, electricity, and internet access. This is equivalent to a total cost of c. £125.00 p/week.
*A quiet and secure apartment in the heart of London situated on the fourth-floor of a loft style conversion of a 1930's printworks.
*The apartment is fully furnished, very well equipped, and uncluttered. It is within a 15 minute walk of both Old Street and Angel tube stations.
*The building has two elevators and also benefits from having a full-time porter.
*There are numerous 24 hour bus routes running along City Road, serving the City and the West End. There are also a number of bike hire stations very nearby.
*The shops, restaurants and bars of Islington, Shoreditch and Hoxton are all within easy walking distance.
*The apartment has high speed wireless internet access.
*There is a King size double bed with a high quality sprung mattress. *For those whose sleep can be disturbed by too much light the bedroom has a blackout blind, also a set of blinds separate the small office area making the space very dark at night. Please see the floor plan for more information.
*The office space is quiet with plenty of natural light.
The large 1.6m x 80cm corner desk also has a comfortable 2-lever office chair.
*The dining table is a 90 cm circle when the drop leaves are extended. There are 4 chairs available for dining, two of which you can see in the photo and the other two are folding chairs.
*There is plenty of quality bed linen and towels, white cotton sheets and quilt covers (winter and summer duvets) plus a choice of feather or synthetic pillows.
*TV with 42" plasma screen, CD/DVD player.
*A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and a new washer drier machine.
*All rooms have 3 metre high-ceilings and are bright and airy.
*The large windows are double-glazed and provide good views across London.
*The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa which can convert to a double sofa-bed for occasional guests.
*The Apartment is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it especially quiet for its central location.
*An added bonus is The Regent's Canal network that runs alongside the apartment building, this provides a traffic-free route for walkers and cyclists. There is also a small park almost opposite the building.

I spent 3 months in this quiet, secure, lovely furnished flat. Everything I needed was provided by the owners. The flat is located in an excellent area, a short bus ride to the British Library and Bloomsbury. Excellent restaurants and pubs close by. Highly recommended for a sabbatical stay!! My husband and I spent a month in Nov/Dec 2018, in Peter's place while working in London. The flat is exactly as pictured and in a secure building. The flat was well equipped and very clean. A short walk to Islington High street, restaurants and Angel tube. The Barbican is easily accessible and we enyoyed the exhibits and cinema. I highly recommend the flat for two people. I stayed here for three months in the autumn of 2018, and it was a great experience. Located just a couple minutes' walk north of a bus stop on the City Road, this flat is almost equidistant from Angel and Old Street Tube stations, and within convenient walking distance to all the amenities of both neighborhoods (including a Sainsbury's superstore at the Angel). The flat is comfortable and well appointed (the in-house office is especially useful), the building is quiet, and Peter and Mehmet were very considerate and responsive hosts. I have stayed at the apartment 4 months and I strongly recommend it. It is very well connected to public transport to all different universities and libraries and in a walking distance of Regent's canal, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Angel and other nice areas full of cafes. I felt at home with all necessary appliances. Very quiet area with a park in the same street. The office space makes it really cosy to work at home. The hosts made everything very easy for me. I lived in this building for years, and was great to come back and rent Peter's beautiful flat for some time. Everything in the flat was working properly, it had all the appliance I needed, and the whole experience was super smooth. Despite being in the most trendy area of all of London, the street and the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Wish I could have stayed there longer. Excellent mpk 4/15/2018 5:23:00 PM
