Olivia is a great person to rent from - she is generous with her time and offers you tea and excellent advice about transit, banking, living in London, registering for the NHS. But if you prefer to be left alone, she does that, too. She has good taste and provides a comfortable elegant living space. A world traveler herself, she is very knowledgeable and easy going about travelers needs. If she invites you to dinner - by all means go - the conversation will be lively and the food good. I had the pleasure to stay at the Olivia's place for two months. The house is beautiful, clean, and extremely quite. The place is close to the tube and bus, and very convenient for scholars that need to commute to zone 1 - via Piccadilly lane. The place has an extremely warm environment, perfect for scholars looking for a place where to study and stay. Ms. Olivia is an exceptional landlord, with a great experience in renting rooms/flat.
