Mid-Century Modern house near Technology Hub & Universities

Our completely renovated mid-century modern home with original pool is flooded with sunshine and perfect for the California lifestyle! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (plus 2 half-baths!), oak and tile floors, and large windows, it's perfect for entertaining and as an oasis after a busy day.
A desert garden invites you to the front door, leading to a gracious foyer and living and dining rooms well appointed with mid-century furniture, high ceilings and skylights. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors open on to the lush garden, patio with chaises longues, and the California "must": a warm swimming pool (36x15 & 9 feet deep) with motorized cover. Barbecue and dine poolside (ipé table for 4-6), and relax at the fire pit in the evenings.
In the house, the fully equipped kitchen sports all the amenities for cooking and entertaining: large fridge, Bosch dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso machine (virtuoline), 6-burner gas stove, Kitchen-Aid mixer and other appliances. The dining room has a large table for 8 to 10 guests.
The bedrooms remain secluded from the rest of the house. A spacious master suite, with direct access to the pool, is furnished with mid-century pieces, and an alcove with dressing table and several large closets leads to the bathroom with large bathtub, separate shower and two sinks (& toilet).
Two additional bedrooms share a full bath. One is fully outfitted as a child's room with twin trundle bed, large closet, and desk; the other has a large closet, alcove with more closets, picture window with city and ocean view - and its murphy bed allows the room to be a multi-purpose space (TV room, gym?)! The large office/study boasts 2 desks, custom made ceiling-to-floor bookshelves, and professional office equipment including a large monitor, laser printer, scanner, and fast internet with wired and wireless access.
Finally, the fourth bedroom is a separate "cabana" with double bed and desk overlooking the pool (with en suite bathroom) - the perfect pool house, or even "stay-cation" getaway!
All standard appliances and equipment included, e.g. TV, sound system, Apple TV (with Netflix and other capabilities), DVD player.

Ours is a quiet but friendly neighborhood with large, mid-century and later single-family homes. It is extremely safe, and well located at the same time, near the famous Los Angeles freeways connecting the beaches to the museums, galleries and restaurants of this exciting city. This is LA, a car is another "must" here. Cars can be parked in the driveway or in the street (plenty of space with no restrictions).

Tenants will be provided with weekly housekeeping/cleaning (6 hours), including linen change and laundry; weekly gardening service including cleaning and maintenance of front and back yards; and weekly pool service including maintenance and cleaning of pool (pump and filter check, pool chemical adjustment, etc.).
Solar-generated electricity (electric vehicles extra), water and internet included; tenants responsible for gas.
