This three bedroom/two bath home is perfect for a family that whats to enjoy So Cal and keep travel to UCLA at a minimum. Nicely updated the house is immaculate. This is a no shoe, no smoking house with great living room floor sitting! We are 2.5 miles to the ocean and 5 miles to UCLA campus with easy bus transport to either. Dishes, cooking, linens all are included making things particularly convenient for visiting international faculty. My housekeeper has worked for me for 25 years and comes every two weeks. She knows the house inside and out and her five hours shift is included in the rent. Lots of sun throughout the house and an enclosed back yard keep kids safe and well within reach. My garden includes lots of edibles- tomatoes, kale, lettuce cilantro, artichokes, etc. If you are not a gardener, I understand- watering is all I request. This neighborhood is fantastic, safe, great neighbors, and lots of friendly folks taking walks- You will not find a more welcoming place to take off your shoes and hang your hats. $150 cleaning fees apply for short stays.
