Malvern is an inner suburb of Melbourne, 8 km south-east of Melbourne's CBD. Close to the CBD yet leafy and peaceful making it ideal for families.

This home is 15 minutes walk to the supermarket (Woolworths), department store (David Jones) and other shops of Malvern Central and the same distance to the cafes/ restaurants and boutiques of Glenferrie Road. 5 minutes walk to the cafe strip on Claremont Avenue including Millstone (great pastries, cakes & coffee) and Pizza Religion. Great food also at Fergus (brunch/ lunch) on Wattletree Road and My Kitchen Table on Burke Rd.

Literally, 6 childrens' playgrounds between 5-20 minutes walk (with pram):

For cyclists, Djerring Bike Path (under the new Sky Rail) provides access to South East suburbs including Monash University and Monash Medical Centre (35 minutes). Gardiners Creek Trail and Scotchman Trail also provide cycling lanes to the CBD (30 minutes).
