This lovely fully furnished, recently renovated, one bedroom apartment consists of two levels. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator. Upstairs is a large bedroom and living area. Total floor space is approx. 60 sqm. Non smoking. The apartment is a short 3 km stroll along famous King Street to the University of Sydney. Several buses connecting to CBD are across Enmore Park. The apartment is a one minute walk from the Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre and Annette Kellerman pool and fitness centre as well as several excellent coffee shops and bakeries. Enmore theatre with its wide range of music and entertainment is an easy 10 minute walk. Bills and free wifi included in rental. Please get in touch.

I stayed for 3 months at Listing #65957 and am extremely happy with my stay. Victoria and Andrew are most friendly and lovely landlords who helped me with everything I needed and really made me feel at home. The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, the garden is lovely, the location is great and the area is very easy to get around, everything is near. I recently stayed at listing #65957 for five weeks and hope to return there next year. The landlords Victoria and Andrew really make you feel welcome. The apartment has everything you need, including heaters for the winter months, and, what I particularly value on longer stays: A kitchen where I did not miss anything. It is also a great place if you need to work from home. Only at the end of my stay was it warm enough to sit in the garden, but even before it was nice to have the view. I was too busy with my hosts and my research to use all the local amenities, but it is clear that this is a great neighbourhood to live in, and also close enough to the University of Sydney to walk there. Victoria and Andrew are great landlords - friendly and very helpful. The apartment that they rent is located in Newtown just off King St. King St. is lively, there’s lot of shopping around and it’s very near train stations. The entrance may be inconspicuous but this granny flat is an absolute gem. With a fantastic location--close to shopping, public transport, and in a quiet neighborhood--and an excellent and responsive landlord, this flat is easy to recommend. Regarding listing # 65957: This apartement is really clean, nice and comfortable. The upper floor is a combined living and sleeping room, separated by a big shelf. Both kitchen and bathroom, which are located at the ground level, have recently been renovated. Everything you need is present. Moreover, there is a heater/AC unit in the apartement. The Metro Shopping Centre is just around the corner, as well as an indoor swimming pool / aquatic centre. Bus stop, restaurants and pubs are in short walking distance as well.
