We are making our lovely house available for academic visitors while we are on an extended trip in Spring 2021. It's a spacious and sunny house with an updated kitchen and almost new furniture. Three bedrooms have two queen size beds, one queen size futon, and two desks. A beautiful three-season sunroom facing the backyard with a small table perfect for drinking your tea/coffee and writing. Don't miss the large, updated, and bright kitchen with an island and an additional dining table facing the sunrise. Complete set of appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. A spacious and cozy basement family room with a foosball table, dart, dumbbells, and more. Large backyard with mature trees and a patio. Large driveway fitting 4 cars.

St. Anthony is one of the safest neighborhoods in the Twin Cities metro. It's very quiet and friendly and many of the residents are academics. School ratings are consistently among the bests in the region. The house is only 12 minutes drive or 20 minutes bike ride to the UMN campus. It's one mile from a shopping plaza with Target, Cub Foods, Home Depot, and more. It has excellent access to I-35W within two miles.
