We will be away from Montreal as of September 2024 and are looking to rent out our apartment during that time. This could be a good fit for a family (we are a family of 4), or a couple that works from home. It is on a quiet street ideally located half a block from the pedestrian street Prince Arthur which is full of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also right next to Parc St. Louis and a separate children's park (just up the street). For what it is worth it has a 95 Walk score and 100 bike score. Walk timings to a few other key locations: - 5 minute walk from Sherbrooke subway - 4 minute walk to St. Laurent Blvd. - Just a few steps from the Rue Prince Arthur E. pedestrian street which is full of stores and cafes and restaurants - 11 min door to door to McGill (taking the line 24 bus - 6 min ride) - 10 min walk to UQAM - 12 min walk to Mt.
