Newly renovated with new furnishings and appliances. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with bedding, Smart TVs, chest of drawers, and night stand with light filtering curtains.
Both rooms have 40” smart TV’s. Each has a closet.
The full kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, full size dishwasher, full size stove and microwave supplied with cookware and service for 8. The kitchen also has a Keurig one-cup and toaster. There is plenty of cabinet space for our long term visitors to make themselves at home.
The bathroom is newly outfitted and tiled. Linens are provided. Plenty of cabinet and linen-closet storage for you to use as needed.
The living room has 48” smart TV – wifi/internet is provided. A comfortable sofa and love seat with plenty of room to be comfortable and not feel too crowded. The sofa is NOT a pull out/sleeper.

We love pets!! Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee to be agreed upon reservation. We are pet friendly and understanding of pet's needs. We have a fenced-in dog run with access from the back door of the house, safe and convenient!

The entire house is yours to enjoy! You’ll be provided with a code to enter the home upon arrival. We intend to greet all guests upon arrival.
