Our family of three spent a year in Ana's wonderful apartment and absolutely loved it! Ana is a fantastic - attentive to every detail in arranging the apartment and the lease, and immediately responsive to our questions during our stay. The Columbia University maintenance team keeps the building and the apartment in top shape. The thick walls and top-floor location make the apartment quiet, and the rooms are large with high ceilings. The windows onto both the courtyard and the street brighten the entire apartment. We made friends in the building and found the neighborhood had it all (groceries, restaurants and bars, activities at Columbia, bookstores and shops, quick access to the park). Commuting to midtown is only a few stops on the #1 train. I would certainly want to live there again! Excellent Cam 2/25/2020 12:33:00 PM
