Wholefood and Fairways Markets and Asian markets are all within a few mins. walk. The Chelsea galleries, Highline, Whitney Museum, MOMA, the Vessel and the Shed, the New York City's newest cultural center for the arts are all walking distance. The Shed is located where the High Line meets Hudson Yards, adjacent to Hudson Yards and bordering the Public Square and Gardens. The CitiBike is just across the street next the Fashion Institute of Technology.

I have exhibited around traveled around the world globe for many decades and enjoyed meeting with people from all walks of life. The 1000+sqt foot loft with a terrace facing Hudson River in the heart of Chelsea is just 5 min. walk from Penn Station. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor.
