I am the owner of this studio and looking for a renter 10-11 months a year so that I can come in for 4 weeks (more or less) each summer. I am an American living in South of France and am looking for someone

Hello I'm an American living in France since 25 years. I am currently a psychotherapist living and working in Montpellier, France. In my family we are all avid travellers and enjoy the excitement of discovering new places, cultures, traditions. Africa is a country which we have livied in and travelled in extensively! After living in Paris and other parts of France, we find Montpellier not only a beautiful city to live, but is excellently situated for those wanting to go to Barcalona, Marseilles . . . not to mention the beautiful beaches along the coast. We try to return to New YorkCity (my home town) every couple of years which is why we are looking for a renter for 10-11 months a year in our NYC studio. Our studio is in an excellent location in NYC with the benefits of a laundry room, superintendant on premises, elevator.
