Spacious, sunny studio with incredible view of Central Park/Steps from subway and buses

Our beautiful sun-filled large studio apartment is located on the 16th floor of a modern high-rise, with 24-hour concierge/doorman service. It is on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, overlooking Central Park.

The apartment is completely furnished with Danish modern furniture and original artwork. The apartment was renovated when purchased. It is designed for one or two people. There is a flat-screen television with access to popular cable channels. A high-speed wireless Internet connection is available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen was renovated in 2013 and is separate from the living area and is fully modernized with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The bathroom was completely renovated in Fall 2014. There is a dressing area with built-in desk top, perfect for a small office area. Closets include ample clothing space plus full assortment of linens, towels and blankets. There is a large laundry room in the building. The entrance lobby and hallways are lovely and very well-maintained, as is a garden in the back of the building. You are surrounded by trees and nature, with your unobstructed view of the park and immaculate tree lined seating areas in the back of the building.

The apartment's south facing wall is fully windowed offering you a spectacular view of Central Park and east side of Manhattan. The park is literally a half-block from the building entrance with beautiful trees, walks, lakes, playgrounds, and children's zoo.

Public buses stop at the corner of the building and a major subway station is just one block away. Other bus and subway lines are within a short walking distance.

The Upper West Side offers convenient shopping. There is a small food store across the street, Whole Food Market is within blocks, and a few blocks away is Broadway, with restaurants, coffee shops and theaters. Universities, major museums, Lincoln Center, department stores and entertainment areas are all within short commuting distance.

This party posted the following feedback for me:
'Stanley and Fumiko Feingold have been close friends with my husband and myself for the past 50 years. Prof. Feingold was the person who inspired my husband, as an undergraduate, to take up his career teaching Political Science, and the reason I am living in my apartment today is because they were already living in the complex and it is great to have close friends nearby. They are totally responsible, dependable, cultivated and enlightened people. Can I say anything more? Josephine (Novak)'
