Get full use of our suburban 4-bedroom house which is nestled in a desirable North Haven neighborhood. We are just a 5-minute drive to the North Haven campus of Quinnipiac Unversity and 10-15 minute ride to Yale University as well as the very best that Greater New Haven has to offer including; Quinnipiac, UNH, SCSU, Albertus, Yale, St Raphael's & Hartford Hospital, Midstate Medical shopping, great restaurants, hiking trails, state parks and many local attractions including breweries and numerous award-winning vineyards.

You get the entire use of our beautiful house featuring 4 tastefully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a working kitchen, a separate homey family room, a dining room, a partially finished lower level with a work desk and a gathering space area, a fenced-in backyard, free off-street parking, a washer/dryer, and a fenced-in backyard.

We are family-friendly and pet-friendly.

We are walking distance to a supermarket, a bagel shop, multiple coffee shops, a deli, and several fitness centers.

About Me
I am an associate college professor and department chair of Business Information Systems at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, a licensed Realtor, a property manager, and an active real estate investor. Jennifer, my wife, and business partner, and I manage dozens of homes in the Greater New Haven area. We have rented to many members of the academic community in our longer-term rental properties as well as a substantial number of academic travelers on sabbatical leave who have stayed in our short-term rentals (26 weeks or less) over the years. We currently operate six fully-furnished, child-friendly, pet-friendly properties for rent, including five single-family houses and one apartment. All properties are fully-furnished, all include Wi-fi, and most include utilities. We provide safe, comfortable well equipped, sparkling clean houses that feel like your 'home away from home'. For those traveling with furry family members, most of our properties are pet-friendly, and most of our houses have fenced-in backyards. All of our properties are private spaces; your group will have the whole place. We do not rent rooms or do house shares. All of our homes are professionally cleaned before move-in, as no one likes moving into dirty housing. We consistently earn 5-star reviews on our rentals and have excellent references.
