About Me
We are a couple both a little above the sixties. I am a retired officer from the French Air Force and my wife has leanings on paintings and other cultural issues. Having a flat in Paris and a house in south-west of France (Périgord noir), we intend to share our time between those two locations, and rent our flat in Paris while we stay in Périgord. Our apartment is very sunny, on third floor in a Hausmann type building on boulevard Malesherbes, close (15mn by foot) to Champs-Elysées and to the main shopping area in Paris (Le Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, boulevard Haussmann). We also have all public transport means at a short walking distance. We love to stay there from time to time, that is the reason why we would not rent the apartment for a very long period (3 months as a maximum). We guess that it would be most convenient for a couple (with one or two teenagers) looking for spending some weeks in Paris. We always personally welcome our guests at their arrival and are also present at their departure and we are keen to give every advice to allow them a very confortable stay and profit of all what Paris can offer. Because of our train time schedule constraints, we expect check-ins to occur during the morning (before 13h00) and check-outs to occur during the afternoon (after 13h00).

The apartment is very beautiful and very comfortable. We spent three very happy weeks here. The host was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. Excellent Shaun&Elsbeth 10/26/2015 11:22:00 PM
