Jewel of a studio for a couple or a single parent or couple who can really share a space

This studio has Burgundy floor tiles and customized carpentry for space, efficiency and comfort. Perfect for a single or a tight couple. You can always relax outside on the garden terrace with the roses and the forsythias. Fully furnished, bathroom and induction top burner plus small stove. Quiet, far away from traffic, no visible streets or street noise, facing trees. Very well situated (Place de la Nation). 30 square meter garden, 20 square meter studio
The present renter is a teacher, the one just before a climatologist from the United States, the one before that a student from Korea who was in the studio for two years while the renter before that, a mathematician stayed over two years. They all expressed satisfaction with both the setting and the facilities and I can offer testimonies upon request...

About Me
I have a DESS from Dauphine in consulting and training within organizations. Formerly employed by Alcatel (now Alcatel Lucent) in internal communications I worked in the telecommunications field for a period of ten years where I was responsible for the intranet and internal publications as well as preparing engineers for professional presentations and encouraging the uses of new technologies (internet and ATM – asynchronous transfer mode). I have been teaching in the Grandes Ecoles (Supelec, Paris Tech) and university systems (Sciences Po, Créteil ) as well as business schools (HEC, ESC Troyes) for the last decade specializing in aspects of communication theory, hierarchies, humor and general subjects in English. Before that I worked as a journalist for English language publications ranging from the American Chamber of Commerce to the International Herald Tribune. I give trainings in communications where those who are not generally encouraged to develop, hold and deploy a discursive stance are given the chance to formulate the tools that will be useful to them regarding their personal experience. This work has been undertaken with groups ranging from Magistrates to building managers, and is ongoing. I have developed courses on the notion of individual and collective responsibility in the social and hard sciences as well as in the business environment, based in part on my experiences at the University of Chicago under Professor Richard McKeon, which I hope will contribute to a humanizing of the curriculum in France’s elite educational and corporate institutions. I moved to France from the United States 35 years ago and have three children ranging in ages from 5 ½ to 29 years and I have been happy here where I have done my best to keep my American enthusiasm alive and dosed with a sense of French respect for values, individuals, and institutions.
