Beautifully renovated junior 1 bdrm two blocks from beautiful Prospect Park & one block from all the great food shops, restaurants, & conveniences of 7th Ave. The apartment looks out onto trees & a quiet side street & has a combined living/dining room with a built-in desk/office nook & a small bedroom w/ queen bed, night-table, large closet; couch in living room is a queen pullout. Immaculately clean walk-up building; nice neighbors; few min walk to the F & G; YMCA right across the street. Washer-dryer on same floor. Well-outfitted kitchen w/ microwave. Huge, modern walk-in shower. Window AC unit. Wifi, TV w/ Roku, gas, electric included. I'm mostly out of town right now, and would love to have a responsible person enjoy & take care of this beautiful space while I'm gone. (Apt is cleaned prior to your stay.)
