Great apartment, I highly recommend it! I spent there five months between January-May 2019 while serving as a visiting professor at Penn and very much enjoyed. I have rented many places during the last three decades and this was the best one with the best landlord I have ever had. The apartment is very comfortable, has all the amenities, well-equipped kitchen and the landlord will bend over backwards to do anything for tenants. If you add the panoramic Schuylkill River view and the ideal central location, the park, and the safe and nice neighborhood, you can understand why my stay there was really wonderful. We had a great experience in this Locust Point apartment. The building is close to everything we needed in the city and I walked to work at Penn most days along the river park's path and boardwalk. Being on an upper floor makes it feel secluded even though it's in center city, and there's a great view of the greenery and buildings along the river. This was the most updated and energy-efficient place I've stayed in, and Greg and Elisabetta are very responsive to anything that needs attention. Excellent Jesse C 9/12/2018 9:19:00 AM
