We are a university faculty couple, both artists and writers, who will be away for the summer and fall semester. Looking for very responsible, kind-hearted renters. Close to Rowan University, close to downtown Pitman (library, coffee shop, bookstore, breweries) yet on a quiet and woodsy street. And only 16 miles from Philadelphia. House has two bedrooms (or one bedroom and an office--extra bedroom will need a bed), 1 and 1/2 baths, open living room and dining area, eat-in kitchen. Completely furnished with all you need and lots of books, too! Great fenced back yard for your well behaved pup! Off-street parking for one - two cars.
