The hardwood floors and arches are original, and the giant sectional is very comfortable. The place is furnished with a few collectors' pieces and some lovely plants. The bedroom has a queen bed and dual exposure windows. The TV is currently in the bedroom, but I'd be happy to move it to the living room if that suits better. The home is clean and smoke free.

I'm in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Great groceries cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. 8-minute walk to the Parkside Q and the gorgeous southern entrance of Prospect Park, and 10 minutes to the B train at Prospect Park. Also an 8-minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains at Winthrop. Just over 30mins to Lower Manhattan/Chinatown/SoHo.
