The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen (gas stove), living room and a patio and shared fenced garden. The unit is suitcase ready. It is very private and looks out onto the back garden. Very sunny and cheerful, utilities (seperate thermostat), 4k smart tv, and wireless Internet access are all included at no extra charge. Double paned windows mean the unit is very quiet. No pets, no smoking in the building (ok outside). Our laundry facilities (upstairs) are available at no extra cost to share upon arrangement. We are about 1 mile from El Cerrito Plaza BART. Great family neighborhood. I have enjoyed renting the unit to guest for over 18 years and have five star reviews and super host status on another site. Search "The Secret Garden" (60 day stay) on airbnb. We are about 5 miles from the UC Berkeley campus, 1 mile from the BART station (it is a 10 minute BART ride to UC). There are stairs to get down to the unit so it is not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. (not wheelchair accessible)
