Openspace flat in central area with luxuriant mediterranean garden

The flat is part of a small early 1920s villa with a luxuriant mediterranean garden. Located in a silent residential area but extremely well connected to the heart of Rome thanks to the tram number 8 that takes 15 minutes to Piazza Venezia/Via del Corso and 10 minutes to Trastevere.
It is composed by a large loft area with a couch and a fully equipped open space kitchen, a cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with large shower. The flat is also just 25 minutes from Fiumicino airport

About Me

Marina's apartment was the perfect base for the week my husband and I spent in Rome. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, with easy access to bus and tram stops that got us to the Coliseum and Forum, Vatican, Borghese Museum as well as the Termini Bus Station for a day trip we took to Molise. Marina was a great host and provided us with information on local cafes, market and stores. We would definitely want to stay there again. Excellent M Sutthoff 10/11/2019 11:37:00 AM
This is a delightful apartment with an incredibly thoughtful host! I stayed here for 3 weeks in June with a one year old and various family members. The host is incredibly attentive and provided everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is excellent: a quick walk to a taxi stand and to the Tram 8, which drops you right in Trastevere and the center (Largo Argentina). The daily market is two blocks away, and we became friends with numerous vendors of amazing fruits, vegetables, meats, bread, etc. The apartment is a half hour walk to Villa Pamphili, one of Rome's many gorgeous parks, which was a joy to explore. The host also provided us with many excellent local restaurant recommendations. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way! Excellent Rhiannon Welch 6/21/2017 9:40:00 PM
