About Me
I am born in Austria, where I graduated at the Fashion school in Vienna.Then I lived for two years in Paris to study French art and literature. Since 1976 I live in Italy. In recent decades I work as a costume designer in prose, opera, and film productions in Europe, and in U.S.A, collaborating with famous artists as Riccardo Muti, Claudio Abbado, Peter Stein, Fiona Shaw, Klaus Maria Brandauer and much others. I frequently attend seminars for Art schools, Academies for costume designers such as the Academia of theatre alla Scala in Milan. I travel a lot for my international work as costume designer but in the between I stay in my countryhouse in Umbrie.
